24-inch (0.61-m) reflector
The Adams Observatory 24-inch telescope sits on top of Austin College's science builing, the IDEA Center. The telescope is used for classes, research, and outreach. It was built by DFM Engineering.

- ZWO ASI 120MM CMOS camera.
- Has been used for planetary snapshot imaging and stellar occultation by Pluto
- Could also be used for speckle interferometry
